Installation Process
STEP 1
Existing rotten fasicas, soffits, bargeboards and leaking gutters removed.
STEP 3
New treated timber hangers are fixed, ensuring a true line for fixing the fascia and soffit.
STEP 5
An eave guard system is fitted to all new installations for the protection from birds, wasps and insects. A comb guard could need installing depending on the profile of your tile/ slate.
STEP 2
All existing fasicas, soffits, and guttering removed, timbers checked for rot and awaiting new fixings.
STEP 4
Over-fascia vents are fitted to the fascia board to give constant ventilation, this is very important to avoid sweating and condensation.
STEP 6
Guttering, down pipes pulls a Marley dry verge system fitted for a complete roofline replacement.
